Schneider Children's hosted diplomatic representatives of Asian countries to Israel. Among the distinguished guests were the Ambassador of Japan H.E. Mizushima Koichi and his wife, Mme. The guests were joined by a Nepalese doctor who is undergoing advanced training for a year in Pediatric Anesthesia at the hospital.

The visit was arranged by the Founding Chair of Our Children's Foundatin at Schneider Children's, Iris Langer. The guests were greeted bythe hospital's CEO, Dr. Efrat Bron-Harlev, who presented the many accomplishments and vision of Schneider Children's. Maskit Gilan Shohat, Director of the Educational Center at the hospital, explained its broad activities.

Accompanying the guests during their visit was Hillit Gilad, CEO of Our Children's Foundation, volunteer and donor Jessica Landerman, member of the board, Tali Zelika, and Director of External Affairs at Schneider Children's, Ronit Singer. The visitors thanked their hosts for the invitation to visit and expressed their appreciation and amazement at the hospital's accomplishments and desire to initiate new collaborations.

Dr. Bron-Harlev noted that "as always, it is very exciting to host diplomats from all over the world here at Schneider and to show them – in every language, and from every background – our one and only unique Schneider Children's. It is a huge honor for us that a Nepalese doctor chose our hospital in faraway Israel as the place to undertake his advanced training, and to gain professional skills to continue his medical career."
