An amazing exhibit of 8 large faces – all popular figures from animated children’s movies – made up entirely of balloons, were placed in the lobby of Schneider Children’s.
The impressive and colorful display aimed to cheer hospitalized children unable to attend school or kindergarten with their friends, as well as visiting children and their families.
Seven of the faces measured 2.5 x 2.5 meters, each comprised of 2,500 balloons. The eighth face of 3.5 x 3.5 meters comprised 4,200 balloons.
The exhibit was carried out by volunteers working with artist Kobi Kalimian and another 50 others from around the country.
Children and their families were so excited to view and recognize the different faces and many took photos alongside.
